Most engagements are fixed-fee once scope is clear. The figures below are starting points; volume of exceptions, number of policy families, and on-site days move the final estimate.

Estimate factors we ask about
- Period under review and approximate exception count
- Whether records are centralised or held by business units
- Language of source documents (we work in English and Mandarin)
- Need for on-site days outside the greater Taipei area
Travel within New Taipei and Taipei City is included in standard fees. Engagements farther afield add documented travel at cost.
